Baked Parmesan Chicken Breasts

4 tablespoons of dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white white
Mix together in a shallow dish

3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Mix together in a shallow dish

Coat 4 chicken breasts on both sides first in the mustard mixture then in the bread crumb mixture.

Place in a baking dish and drizzle with 3 tablespoons melted butter.

Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

**Serve with rice, a salad or a vegtable
